Personal Property Redemption Procedure
Personal property is held for the debtor to redeem for thirty (30) days.
When your appointment is confirmed, you will be notified of the exact amount you owe, if any.
A valid driver's license is required at the time of pickup and a release form must be signed by the debtor. Bring a set of keys with you if you did not turn them over at the time of repossession.

Vehicle Redemption Procedure
Once you have made the payment and/or arrangements with your lender, then you may make an appointment to pick up your vehicle.
When your appointment is confirmed, you will be notified of the exact amount you owe, if any.

TUESDAY APRIL 9, iNDIANAPOLIS AND FORT WAYNE LOTS WILL ONLY BE RELEASING VEHICLES FROM 12PM TO 3 PM.
REDEMPTION HOURS ARE FROM 10AM - 3pm MONDAY - FRIDAY for Indianapolis and Fort Wayne
REDEMPTION HOURS ARE FROM 9 AM- 12 PM mONDAY- fRIDAY For Evansville
This scheduler is for all Locations: Indianapolis, Evansville and fort Wayne/Laotto
Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a text or email confirming it!!!!
Property or Vehicle Appointments made over the weekend will be handled first thing monday.
Transport appointments made over the weekend for monday or weekdays after 2pm for the next business day
Will be declined and asked to reschedule.
All payments must be made in cash, exact change.
